All deliveries by Tel Now BD begin with a request submission — either through our website form, WhatsApp, or direct phone contact. After we receive your request, our team will contact you to confirm availability, verify your location, and provide a quote.
A delivery is only scheduled after:
Tel Now BD currently serves selected areas within Dhaka and surrounding regions. Coverage is subject to change and not all areas can be served at all times.
Always confirm coverage for your specific location when submitting a request. We will not be able to complete delivery to areas outside our current service coverage.
We are actively expanding our coverage. If your area is not currently served, please contact us — we may be able to arrange delivery depending on the circumstances.
Deliveries are scheduled based on team availability and customer preference. We offer delivery during the following windows:
We make every effort to honor your preferred time window, but actual delivery time may vary based on routes and prior deliveries. We will communicate any significant delay to you promptly.
Emergency or same-day delivery requests are handled on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability.
The minimum order quantity for all fuel types is 10 liters. Orders below this threshold cannot be fulfilled due to operational costs.
There is no maximum order limit for standard deliveries — however, very large orders may require additional scheduling time. Please communicate your requirements clearly when submitting your request.
Tel Now BD reserves the right to cancel or postpone a delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
In such cases, we will contact you immediately to reschedule or offer an alternative arrangement.
We aim to deliver within the agreed time window. Unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, prior deliveries running long, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If a delay is expected, our team will proactively notify you via phone or WhatsApp with an updated estimated arrival time. We do not penalize or charge for delays caused by our operations.
Customers may cancel a confirmed delivery request by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations with sufficient notice will not incur any fee.
Tel Now BD may also cancel a delivery at our discretion if the conditions outlined in Section 5 apply. In such cases, no payment is due for the cancelled delivery.
