By submitting a fuel delivery request to Tel Now BD — whether through our website form, WhatsApp, or direct phone contact — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all interactions with Tel Now BD, including delivery requests, communication with our team, and any service agreements established verbally or in writing.
Tel Now BD is an on-demand fuel delivery service operating in Bangladesh. We provide delivery of Diesel, Octane, Petrol, and other petroleum products to residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
Important: All services are subject to availability in your area. Tel Now BD does not guarantee delivery to every location. We will confirm availability when we contact you after receiving your request.
Our service is a delivery facilitation service. We do not operate as a licensed fuel retailer and are not responsible for the inherent properties of the fuel products delivered.
Fuel delivery requests submitted through our website or other channels constitute a request for service — not a confirmed order. A delivery is only confirmed after direct communication between our team and the customer, and upon agreement of the quoted price.
Pricing is quote-based and depends on fuel type, quantity, delivery location, and current fuel market prices. Prices are not fixed and may vary between requests. We will always communicate the price clearly before any delivery is scheduled.
Tel Now BD reserves the right to decline any delivery request at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where location access is unsafe, demand exceeds capacity, or the delivery cannot be carried out safely.

You may cancel or modify a confirmed delivery request by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice (at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery) will not incur a cancellation fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a nominal fee to cover operational costs — this will be communicated to you if applicable.
