All Tel Now BD delivery personnel:
We do not send untrained personnel on deliveries. If our team identifies a safety concern at a delivery location, they are authorized and required to halt or refuse the delivery and report it immediately.
Our delivery vehicles and equipment are maintained to ensure safe fuel transport and transfer:
Any vehicle or equipment found to be defective will be taken out of service immediately until repaired. We do not operate with compromised equipment.
Before or upon arriving at a delivery location, our team assesses the site for safety. We will not proceed with a delivery if:
