Six core safety principles guide every delivery we make — from the moment a request is received to the moment the delivery is confirmed complete.

Trained Delivery Personnel

Every member of our delivery team receives training on safe fuel handling, equipment operation, and emergency response procedures before they are deployed for any delivery.

Controlled Refueling Process

All deliveries use proper pumping equipment designed for controlled, measured fuel transfer. There are no improvisised methods — every step is standardized for accuracy and safety.

Location Verification

Before every delivery, we verify and assess the delivery location — including road access, any fire or hazard risks, and whether the site is appropriate for safe fuel delivery.

Fire Safety Preparedness

All delivery vehicles are equipped with appropriate fire suppression equipment. Our team is trained on fire safety awareness and the correct response procedures in case of an incident.

Clean, No-Spill Handling

We use proper nozzles, funnels, and containment equipment to prevent spills during transfer. In the unlikely event of a spill, our team has the materials and protocol to manage it immediately.

We keep customers informed at every step — from delivery confirmation to any delays or issues. You are never left wondering about your order. We believe transparency is itself a form of safety.

Before Your Delivery

A few simple steps from your side help ensure the delivery goes smoothly and safely. Please read through these guidelines before your scheduled delivery arrives.

    Ensure Clear Access Make sure the delivery vehicle can access your location without obstruction. Clear the pathway and inform any security personnel to allow entry.

    Remove Ignition Sources During fuel transfer, switch off all nearby engines, generators, and any open flames in the immediate area. Smoking is strictly not permitted near the delivery point.

    Provide Supervision A responsible adult should be present to supervise or observe the delivery. Do not leave the delivery team unattended at your property.

    Prepare Your Receiving Container If transferring fuel into a container or tank, ensure it is clean, appropriate for fuel storage, and in good condition. We cannot fill damaged or inappropriate containers.

    Confirm Quantity Before Transfer Always confirm the quantity and fuel type with our team before the transfer begins. Any discrepancy should be raised before fueling starts — not after.

    Keep Children & Pets Away Ensure children and animals are kept away from the delivery area during the entire fuel transfer process.

    Report Any Concerns Immediately If you notice anything unusual — smell, leakage, or unexpected behavior — please alert our team immediately. Do not hesitate to stop the process if something feels wrong.
