Six core safety principles guide every delivery we make — from the moment a request is received to the moment the delivery is confirmed complete.
Every member of our delivery team receives training on safe fuel handling, equipment operation, and emergency response procedures before they are deployed for any delivery.
All deliveries use proper pumping equipment designed for controlled, measured fuel transfer. There are no improvisised methods — every step is standardized for accuracy and safety.
Before every delivery, we verify and assess the delivery location — including road access, any fire or hazard risks, and whether the site is appropriate for safe fuel delivery.
All delivery vehicles are equipped with appropriate fire suppression equipment. Our team is trained on fire safety awareness and the correct response procedures in case of an incident.
We use proper nozzles, funnels, and containment equipment to prevent spills during transfer. In the unlikely event of a spill, our team has the materials and protocol to manage it immediately.
We keep customers informed at every step — from delivery confirmation to any delays or issues. You are never left wondering about your order. We believe transparency is itself a form of safety.
A few simple steps from your side help ensure the delivery goes smoothly and safely. Please read through these guidelines before your scheduled delivery arrives.
LPG is a safe cooking fuel when handled correctly. Every Omera cylinder we deliver is sealed and checked, and we show first-time users how to connect it safely. Please follow these guidelines at home and at work.
Always keep the cylinder standing upright on a flat surface, at floor level, in a well-ventilated place. Never keep it inside a closed cabinet or lying on its side.
Apply soapy water to the valve, regulator and hose joints. Bubbles mean a leak. Never use a match, lighter or flame to check for leaks.
Switch off the regulator knob after cooking and before going to bed or leaving home, not just the stove burner.
Do not switch any lights, fans or appliances on or off. Turn off the regulator, open all doors and windows, leave the area and call us or the fire service (999).
Use a standard regulator and a good quality LPG hose. Replace the hose every 2 years, or immediately if it is cracked, hard or damaged.
Light the match or lighter first, then open the burner knob. Keep curtains, papers and plastic away from the stove.
On delivery: check that the cylinder seal is intact and ask our delivery person to do a leak test after connecting. Do not accept a cylinder with a broken seal or visible damage.
